At Fawakih, we specialize in teaching Quranic Arabic, which focuses on the language used in the Quran. Quranic Arabic encompasses the vocabulary, grammar, and expressions specific to the Quran and is primarily used for religious purposes. In contrast, Modern Standard Arabic (MSA) is the standardized form of Arabic used in contemporary writing, media, and formal communication. While MSA has its significance for various contexts, our program prioritizes classical vocabulary, grammar, and reading/translation skills. By immersing yourself in Quranic Arabic with Fawakih, you'll gain a deeper understanding of the linguistic nuances and vocabulary found in the Quran. Our comprehensive approach goes beyond what is typically covered in modern standard Arabic classes, providing you with a solid foundation in Quranic studies.

As a guideline of what other institutions charge: $600 - $800 per semester (6 months). This allows for early bird discounted rate of approximately 25%.

You will meet with Ustadh Fahd Yasin, our Fawakih-Powered Support Lead, for training.

All Fawakih-Powered organizations are required to use our curriculum to teach the course. They may supplement some material from outside sources, but the bulk of instruction will occur via the Fawakih curriculum.

You may record classes, however Fawakih’s student portal includes lesson videos that should suffice even if a student misses an occasional class.

Each level (consisting of three parts: A, B, and C) takes approximately 12-15 months to complete. This means that Levels 1-4 takes 4-5 years. Levels 5 and 6 take an additional 2-3 years.

Yes, Fawakih will provide instructor slides that powered instructors can teach from, as part of their training.

All students take the Initial Placement Assessment (https://fawakih.org/initial), which we will then interpret to place your students in the correct level.

Yes, absolutely. All students must have access to this portal (https://arabiconline.fawakih.org) in order to watch the lesson videos and take the quizzes.
